Yesterday I had to ask my youngest son for help with my printer... and I dreaded doing that. Before becoming a work from home mom I had created software for JP Morgan Chase Bank. So to ask my kid for tech help was painful.
Then my other kid yelled out of his bedroom, “Hey! When the in-house IT support desk person is done there I need him in here. My monitor is going crazy!” The baton has been passed on.
It’s crazy how technology has grown!
