Right on the money! Not just for parents but teachers deal with this too. If daddies carried purses, they'd have nail scissors to fix this. That's why mommies have such BIG purses, to carry everything necessary to rescue kid problems. We only have room to carry a lipstick for ourselves in those gigantic "totes."

I always used to tear those out myself as a kid. Usually ended up with small tag sized holes in my shirts, but it felt so much better.
